Withdrawal of Initial Public Offer

 

The Board of Directors of Hampton Mining Limited (the Company) advises that the initial public offer (Offer) of the Company scheduled to close 24 October 2008 has been withdrawn. Any funds received by subscribers in respect of that Offer will be returned without interest in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.

The Directors express their appreciation to all subscribers to the Offer for their support.

The Directors are reviewing alternative strategies and the Company is continuing its exploration programs.  A detailed update will be made available in due course.
